Ticket Policy – Non-Refundable, But Flexible

All tickets purchased for Foundrise events are non-refundable. However, we understand that plans change, so we offer flexibility: if you can’t attend, you can exchange your ticket for another event date.

Exchanges

If you need to switch dates, contact us at hello@foundrise.net at least 7 days before the event. We’ll transfer your ticket to another available event of your choice.

The Retreat

All bookings for the retreat are non-refundable. Due to the nature of our venue and its conditions, we are unable to offer refunds for any reason. Please ensure you review all details before confirming your reservation.

Damages & Issues

If you experience any issues with your ticket confirmation or event access, please reach out to us immediately so we can make it right.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For tickets purchased within the EU, you have 14 days to cancel your order, as long as it hasn’t been used for an event. After this period, our standard non-refundable, exchange-only policy applies.
